Walnut Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 35g WLG Sprouted Walnuts Natural Baked

  • 140g semi-sweet chocolate buttons (melted)

  • 200g condensed milk

  • 40g sorghum flour

  • 3/4 tsp baking powder

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Grease a 8" square baking tin and line it with parchment paper.
3. Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth. Transfer to the prepared tin.
4. Level it with a spatula and top it with walnut halves.
5. Bake for 18 minutes until the top is glossy and firm.
6. Cool completely for about an hour before cutting.
